Who I Am and What I Do

I’m Sergio Troconis. What I’ve learned over the years is that building a brand is not about flashy logos or quick tricks. It is about creating real authority and systems that can actually scale.

I founded The Impact Society to help entrepreneurs and creators position themselves as leaders in their industries. I also serve as COO at Kerns Marketing where our team has worked with more than 5,000 brands since 2016. I have seen firsthand what works, what does not, and how to stand out in a crowded market.

Since 2018, I have personally advised more than 1,300 entrepreneurs, creators, and business owners. My focus is simple. I help you build visibility, strengthen your brand positioning, and create systems that do more than just bring attention. They turn that attention into revenue.
